Earthrise Engineering Center SMS Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 2026

The Earthrise Engineering Center AI HMI Notification System provides automated operational SMS notifications to authorized personnel regarding manufacturing operations.

Participation in the SMS notification program is entirely optional. Individuals who choose to receive SMS notifications must voluntarily and affirmatively opt in through the Earthrise Engineering Center AI HMI Operational SMS Alert Enrollment (AIONS) form. SMS consent is not a condition of employment, access to company services, or participation in any Earthrise program.

SMS notifications may include equipment alarms, process deviations, manufacturing alerts, maintenance notifications, production status updates, quality alerts, safety notifications, and other time-sensitive operational notifications.

Message frequency varies depending on plant operating conditions and system activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact tmaguchi@earthrise.com.

Earthrise Engineering Center will honor opt-out requests and will discontinue SMS notifications to recipients who withdraw their consent.

This notification service is intended only for authorized Earthrise employees, operators, managers, approved contractors, and other designated personnel who voluntarily enroll in the program.

Earthrise Engineering Center is not responsible for delays in message delivery caused by mobile carriers, network availability, or device settings.
